Location 1 (April 17, 2018): Town center, south of the Kumasi Central Market, concluding in the Aboabo neighborhood of Kumasi, Ghana
Event 1: Ongoing demonstrations are expected to take place on April 17, 2018, beginning around 0700 and concluding around 1200 in the town center of Kumasi. The Ashanti Youth Organization intends to demonstrate against the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between the Government of Ghana and the United States.
Location 2 (April 18, 2018): Town center, near Jubilee Park and the Central Market in Tamale, Ghana
Event 2: Ongoing demonstrations are expected to take place on April 18, 2018, beginning around 0800 around Jubilee Park and Central Market in Tamale. The Arise Ghana Youth Movement intends to demonstrate against the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between the Government of Ghana and the United States.
