Notice: Out of an abundance of caution and in keeping with the Government of Ghana’s efforts to prevent and contain the spread of coronavirus, the American Center (Library) and EducationUSA Advising Center in the U.S. Embassy, Accra, the American Corner in Agbogba are temporarily closing to the public beginning March 16, 2020. During this period, the public will not be able to access the library and all scheduled programs inside American Spaces and EducationUSA Advising Center will be cancelled. All EducationUSA Advising activities in Kumasi are cancelled, however the testing center remains open. The health of our visitors is our top priority. These temporary closures are precautionary and not in response to any known or suspected coronavirus exposure at any of our facilities. The American Corner’s four computing stations, reading and workspace room, and book collection are available to the public, for everyone to enjoy, connect, and learn. Access to the American Corner collection and programs is free and open to all.
